The Bridge Is the Message: Trusting the Path When You Don’t Know Where It Leads...

There are moments on the journey when you can’t quite tell if you’re going forward or backward—only that something sacred is guiding your feet.

We often speak of transformation as a destination.

As if one day, we will arrive.

Whole. Healed. Enlightened.

But what if the journey itself was the miracle?

What if the teetering, tottering bridge you find yourself walking—unsure where it bends, whether it will hold—isn’t a means to an end…

…but a sacred Presence in motion?

---

Midway Between What Was and What Will Be

So many of us are here:

No longer who we were.

Not yet who we’re becoming.

There’s no GPS for the soul’s unfolding.

Just a plank-lined path suspended in mystery.

It sways.

It humbles us.

It makes no promises.

And yet… we walk.

One trembling foot.

Then another.

Because something in us knows:

The bridge is not an accident.

It’s an altar.

---

“Keep Walking, My Child”

Here is a passage from a poem I wrote in one such moment:

> “This teetering, tottering plank-lined path

swaying gently in an overbrush of greenery

seems to have acquired a life

of its own.”

> “A journey, now become,

a destination.”

Sometimes the work isn’t to figure it all out.

It’s to surrender to the mystery.

To let Gd meet us not just at the end… but in the crossing.

The bridge is the message.

The not-knowing.

The disorientation.

The unexpected beauty.

Each step is a conversation with something bigger than us—Source, Self, or Spirit—whispering:

“Keep walking, my child.

You are never alone.”

Practical Insight: How to Navigate the “Bridge Seasons” of Life?

Whether you’re navigating a breakup, a career shift, emotional healing, or a spiritual awakening—bridge seasons can be disorienting. Here are a few grounding principles:

Let go of needing to “arrive.” Healing doesn’t happen on a deadline.

Tune in to what’s supporting you underfoot. The present moment is often more stable than it seems.

Notice the beauty, even in the uncertainty. There’s magic in the mist.

Ask: What is this bridge teaching me, not just where is it taking me?

---

Your Turn! Journal with Me:

Close your eyes and feel the bridge beneath your feet.

Ask yourself:

> If this bridge were a message from the Divine,

what would it be whispering to me right now?

Let the answer come without force.

Then write.

Feel.

Receive.

---

You are not lost. You are becoming.

The bridge, is God too. ---

With peace, Rachy
