✅️ IS... a space to become more involved with your family and those you love by learning to love yourself more
AND
❎️ ISN'T... a way to distance yourself from those closest to you because they seem to bring out the worst in you.
✅️IS... a really close observstion of self thru a lens of non-judgment so you can understand and appreciate your parts, beliefs, and coping mechanisms
AND
❎️ISN'T...a really critical and judgmental look at your weakest spots and flaws and behaviors so you can denigrate yourself more.
✅️IS...affordable sessions or processes that feel impactful and valuable while maintaining routine and staying part of family setting
AND
❎️ISN'T expensive retreats or travels that occur frequently and limit you from partaking in work, family and daily routines.
✅️IS...learning the impact of your trauma wounds and or childhood so these memories live safely inside your body alongside the new joyful memories you create
AND
❎️ISN'T...erasing or releasing trauma wounds forever so you never get triggered again!
✅️IS...learning to communicate and express honestly from healthy, hopeful energy while feeling your feelings and thinking your thoughts
AND
❎️ISN'T...mind control or toxic positivity where you can no longer share or express what you truly feel and deny your own pain.
✅️IS...an opening to the truth of who you are: your joy, your warmth, your strength, your capability and your LIGHT, and when felt deeply and strongly enough you then are able to access this BEing all the time!
AND
❎️ISN'T... an opening to these truths of you only in session, and when you head home, you fall right back to your stuckness!
